customized and personal health education audio and video programs to you
and so that you can maintain greater control over this information. You
are not required to provide DesktopSpa with this information for our Service
to function. If you choose, you may create an account for yourself
on DesktopSpa (with a working e-mail address) and leave the My Health
Issues page blank. You will then be able to browse through all of DesktopSpa's
programs and choose for yourself the ones that you would like to view

page, the system will not be able to provide you with a personalized set
of recommended Daily Desktop Treatments.
Your DesktopSpa account and the information that you submit to DesktopSpa
is stored on DesktopSpa's servers and is kept completely private and confidential.

any third party. And you will not receive unwanted e-mail or commercial
advertisements from third parties based on information that you submitted
to DesktopSpa. We will, from time to time, view user information in aggregate
in order to make improvements in our Service. For example, we may look
